No more of the lowest of the lowest interest rate to take advantage of. However, it also started contributing to the stable market we wanted to see as the surge of real estate activities during the pandemic period was simply too intense for regular buyers to compete with others. It was a question of the balance between how much you can compromise in conditions and how much extra you were willing to pay to compete with others.

This current market feels like we went back to 10 years ago. A few years after the market crush yet started recovering to see approximately around 4-6% mortgage rate, emphasizing the importance of the savings and how much down payment you can prepare to start looking.
